24-7 Exhibits and the ClearWater Conservancy partnered together at ArtsFest to share the good deeds of CWC's misson.

Here's what the CWC says:

ClearWater Conservancy partners in many ways with the local arts community to visually express the natural beauty of the environment and the need to protect it.  For the Love of Art & Chocolate, held in January each year, is a ClearWater fundraiser based on a silent auction of local nature-inspired art in a variety of media.  In addition, ClearWater has created note cards, calendars, and artists-in-action opportunities at the Spring Creek Day Family Festival.  Most recently, ClearWater has been working with Jennifer Kane, a talented local painter, to develop a series of paintings based on properties that ClearWater has conserved.  The original oil paintings are raffled to raise money for future land conservation efforts.  This year’s painting is based on the Fisher Farm in the Buffalo Run Valley.

24-7 Exhibits and the Lions David House Museum (a heritage museum and private lending library) partnered at ArtsFest to let people know about this fabulous historic resource in Snow Show, PA.

Here's what the Lions David House Museum says:

Preserving our history provides the kind of knowledge that gives us perspective and a greater understanding of time.  Seeing historical structures and places in person, first hand, transfers the most meaning.  Having an online album of historical images compliments "the real thing" by allowing people to revisit their experiences through the Internet, by communicating how images and stories fit together, and it helps preserve the images electronically for the future.  24-7 Exhibits' platform works well for historical societies who seek a thorough, protected, easy-to-maintain display of images and stories, and even allows for the creation of community participation to build and contribute to the site's content!

To contact the museum, write or call:

The Lions David House is a 100-year-old "company house" built by Leigh Valley Coal Company. It tells story of the Mountaintop People.

24-7 Exhibits and Nittany Beagle Rescue or Lemont, PA gave fresh water to dogs who came to ArtsFest and helped people understand the benefits of rescuing beagles.

Here's what Nittany Beagle REscue says:

A loving permanent home for a companion animal is key to good health for pets and for people.  Nittany Beagle Rescue helps find homes for abandoned, homeless, and surrendered beagles.  Create a private or public 24-7 Exhibits site for your pet and showcase how you give companion animals the best quality of life available!

For more information about Nittany Beagle Rescue, contact President Bobbi Leitzel.

24-7 Exhibits and Centre County Historical Society shared the tent at ArtsFest08 on Wednesday, July 8th, 2008.

Here is what the CCHS says:

Direct interaction with historical structures provides an experience that is unique and timeless. Distance, loss, and individual circumstances can limit these possibilities, making historic photographs an important component of our study of the past.  Having an online album of these images allows people to enjoy another place and time through the Internet, by communicating how images and stories fit together. Digitization of photographs and their online display is a goal for nearly every museum and historical society today, and 24-7 Exhibits' platform works well for those who seek a through, protected, easy-to-maintain system that even allows for the creation of community participation to build and contribute to the site's content!

24-7 Exhibits and the Habitat for Humanity Re-Store worked together to inform people about the good deeds of the Re-Store and importance of re-using building materials.

Here's what the Re-Store says:

Reclaimed building materials are not just for traditional building projects.  There are 1,000s of creative reuses for these materials!  Artists and creative professionals are called to join together to help keep valuable resources out of our landfills. Reduce, reuse, and recycle by creating new treasurers from used building materials!  Showcase your creations and your materials available for reuse on a 24-7 Exhibits gallery!
