24-7 Exhibits and the ClearWater Conservancy partnered together at ArtsFest to share the good deeds of CWC's misson.
Here's what the CWC says:
ClearWater Conservancy partners in many ways with the local arts community to visually express the natural beauty of the environment and the need to protect it. For the Love of Art & Chocolate, held in January each year, is a ClearWater fundraiser based on a silent auction of local nature-inspired art in a variety of media. In addition, ClearWater has created note cards, calendars, and artists-in-action opportunities at the Spring Creek Day Family Festival. Most recently, ClearWater has been working with Jennifer Kane, a talented local painter, to develop a series of paintings based on properties that ClearWater has conserved. The original oil paintings are raffled to raise money for future land conservation efforts. This year’s painting is based on the Fisher Farm in the Buffalo Run Valley.
